Alex Smyth is an illustrator and artist based in Seattle, Washington.

Her art practice spans multiple mediums including ceramics and painting, but all of her work circles around an explorative and playful use of color as well as whimsical, spunky characters. She loves exploring new tools of creating and hopes to continue dabbling in animation, 3D work, and mixed media projects.

Alex has a Bachelor of Media Studies from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, as well as a certification in UX Design from BrainStation. Her multifaceted background in illustration, design, UX/UI design, gives her a unique approach to understanding creative work and finding out-of-the-box design solutions.
